Castleford RUFC Girls U18s have their first match in the North Area Pool 3 preliminary rounds of the RFU Girls National Cup at home to Hull Ionians on Sunday 17 October. The format for the National Cup is slightly different this season but that will only come into effect after the preliminary pool matches. Castleford have also been drawn against Mansfield and Sandal on 21 November and 12 December, respectively. They will be tough games given the present unavailability of a number of players but the girls are looking forward to the games and progressing into later rounds.
