True to our word as a family-based club the new Castleford RUFC programme - FAMILIES GET FIT TOGETHER - continues every Friday 18.00-1900.
Families of all sizes and make up (adult and child, adults with children, related adults etc, etc) are welcome to down to Castleford RUFC as a family to have fun and get that bit fitter together. There will be loads to do and lots of fun activities.
